Transportation

In order to arrange your airport meet and greet with return airport transfers, we will require the following information per person as set out below. The Transfer service is available from Montreal Trudeau Airport (YUL) to the officials host hotels and back to the airport from Tuesday 25th to Sunday 30th. If you are not staying in one of the host hotels listed below or arriving before June 25th or leaving after June 30th, we cannot guarantee transportation. Notify us of your flight itinerary and check-in and check-out dates as soon as possible , but no less than two (2) weeks prior to your arrival in Montreal in order to coordinate transportation. If we do not receive the information by June 10th 2024, we cannot guarantee transportation from the airport. We have anticipated all passengers to have 1 luggage bag, if you will have more, please advise us in the form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A $50 PER PERSON FEE IS MANDATORY TO BENEFIT OF THE AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE TO THE SERVED HOTEL. SHUTTLE FOR FAMILIARISATION AND RACE DAY ARE FREE OF CHARGE BUT YOU NEED TO BOOK IT IF YOU TO WANT USE IT.
