Pre-race preparation plays a fundamental role in running a successful event by decreasing levels of anxiety and maximizing athletic output. We suggest athletes pack they’re bag in advance and label items by event to help better visualize what is needed on the day of the race. Athletes are responsible for bringing they’re own favorite sporting equipment, nutritional snacks and/or supplements, but many of those can also be purchase once arrived in Montreal. If traveling with other athletes, consider sharing ; repair tools and/or food items. Remember that being well prepared means to make things more efficient on the day of the race. Keep it simple.
