Travel to Canada: Requirements for vaccinated travellers

Travellers are eligible to enter or return to Canada if they qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller. For more information about the requirements to travel to Canada : https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada

Visa

You will find what document(s) you need to travel to Québec at the following link. You may need a visitors visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization. The entry document you need depends on:

●      the type of travel document you plan to travel with
●      the country that issued your travel document
●      your nationality
●      your method of travel to Canada for this trip

Find out if you need a visitor visa or an ETA.

If you require a written letter to assist with your Visa application, please contact your national federation, Triathlon Canada has been in contact with them in this matter.  If not, please contact Triathlon Canada at info@triathloncanada.com and include the following information :

●      Full Name
●      Gender
●      Date of Birth (Day, Month, Year. Eg. 1 September 1991)
●      Role (ie: Athlete; Coach; Medical; Media etc)
●      National Federation
●      Country of residence
●      Passport number
●      Passport issue date (Day, Month, Year. Eg. 1 September 1991)
●      Passport expiry date (Day, Month, Year. Eg. 1 September 1991)
●      Arrival details (date and times and where possible Flight numbers)
●      Departure details (date and times and where possible Flight numbers)

Competition Rules - World Triathlon: The international triathlon federation writes the rules of competition at the World level. These are the rules that are applicable during the Age Group World Championships.

Competition Rules - Triathlon Quebec: (french only) The Triathlon Quebec (TQ) federation is THE reference for triathlon rules in Quebec. The TQ rules are based on the World Triathlon rules, but with some adaptations for the age group component. TQ definitely has answers to all your questions!
