Rerouting Plan

From René-Lévesque Boulevard to de la Commune Ouest between Peel Street and Berri Street, the access by car will be limited, on Saturday, June 29. Please have a look at our Rerouting Plan for more details.

To reach McGill Street West. (PINK circuit on the map), please take: 

Detour via highway 720: via Viger Avenue East, highway 720, Nazareth Street South. 
Detour via René-Lévesque Boulevard: via Saint-Laurent Boulevard North, René-Lévesque Boulevard West, de la Montagne Street South.
Detour via Sherbrooke street: via Saint-Laurent Boulevard North, Sherbrooke Street West, de la Montagne Street South.

To reach McGill street East. (GREEN circuit on the map), please take: 

Detour via René-Lévesque Boulevard: via René-Lévesque Boulevard, Saint- Urbain Street South, Saint-Sulpice Street South.
Detour via highway 720: via Peel Street, highway 720, Saint-Antoine Street East, Bonsecours Street South ou Berri Street South.

For the cyclists, to reach McGill street West (RED circuit on the map), or Sainte-Hélène Îsland, Notre-Dame Îsland, des Soeurs Îsland, or Lachine canal, please take:

Detour via de la Commune Street West, Saint-Laurent Boulevard North, Saint-Paul Street West, Saint-Nicolas Street South, Place d’Youville West, William Street West, Prince Street South, then de la Commune Street West or take the bridge.

For the cyclists, to reach McGill street East (BLUE circuit on the map), please take:

Detour via de la Commune Street West, Prince Street North, William Street East, William Street West, Robert-Bourassa Boulevard North, Notre-Dame West Street East, Saint-Sulpice Street South, de la Commune Street West.

Traffic on the adjacent streets to the route will be exceptionally accessible in both directions, supervised by volunteers and police officers and reserved solely for local traffic.

In order to avoid the inconveniences related to traffic, we strongly suggest you to use public transportation (bus, metro), or the self-service BIXI bicycles during this weekend. Thank you!
