We would like to inform you that the Montreal International Triathlon, presented by Sportium, will run through your neighbourhood on August 5th & 6th, 2017.
Several hundreds of triathletes will pass through your neighbourhood, including international athletes competing in the prestigious ITU World Triathlon Series in the afternoon of both days.
We understand that the rerouting of traffic and the street closure may cause some inconvenience. This is why we are working hard to mitigate their effect. It’s also a great occasion for Montreal to shine in front of our international guests.
For security purposes, the streets and the zones identified on the above map will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on August 5th and 6th. In collaboration with the SPVM, we will reopen the streets as soon as the course is completely safe and free.
From Papineau Avenue to St. Laurent Boulevard and from Viger Avenue to de la Commune Street, the access by car will be limited. Please take a look at our Diversion Plan.
People possessing a SRRR parking sticker (Stationnement sur rue réservé aux résidents) and who are located on the course will see their parking spot relocated at another place. Please take a look at the Relocations.
For any questions, please communicate with us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 438-862-5036.
